Elon Musk revealed in a tweet last year that he was selling all his physical possessions and would own no house. He further revealed in a tweet in June 2021 that his primary home is a $50,000 house in Boca Chica, Texas, that he rents from SpaceX. According to the New York Post, rumors suggest that Musk resides in a modular home worth precisely $50,000 from Boxabl, specifically the Boxabl Casita.
I did some research and found that the tiny home, a boxabl casita, is about 400 square feet with 8-foot-tall windows that are three feet wide and even taller nine-and-a-half-foot ceilings. This tiny house is adorned with LED lighting throughout.
It has a full-size kitchen, huge fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, glass-fronted cabinets, a tall window right over the sink, and a delectable breakfast bar for two.
The spacious bedroom has a full-size queen bed.The living area is also spacious and has a fireplace.
The closet casita closet has a swivel stand at the top. The interior has LED lights, with six running along the length. There’s a broom closet with a fold-out ironing board at one end. Additionally, the front boasts a stylish fireplace with LED flames.
Behind a contemporary sliding glass barn door is a full size bathroom with a shower, tub, a backlit mirror over a glass vessel sink and a whole lot of drawers for storage. Heating and air conditioning are inclusive.
You can deploy and set up the Casita in less than an hour.
